BIC Fitness classes

New for 2018! BIC will be offering group fitness classes aimed at improving strength, cardio fitness, and overall health. Classes are open to all abilities as exercises can be simplified or augmented depending on experience. 

Classes will run for 1 hour and will typically take the format of:

  • Dynamic warm up
  • HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for Upper and Lower Body
  • Core/Lower Back Exercises 
  • Aerobic/Cardio Exercise
  • Cool Down
