What happens if it is raining?
BIC Classes may be cancelled by foul weather. If weather is iffy - please call the BIC Club office at 401-466-5939 one hour before class for the status of class.

Sailing class may be held on land and will be focused on knot-tying and sailing training if the weather is of concern for the students to be in the boats.

If tennis and swimming classes are cancelled a rainy day movie or another event may be offered.

Will there be a swim test?
For many of our programs there will be a swim check on the first day of each new students participation. While life jackets are provided and required when on the water, each BIC student should be comfortable in and around the water and have the basic swimming skills.
